The actual second owner was a middleman/broker
1st owner was a proverbial nice older lady who drove the care ~4,500 miles per year and kept it garaged in California (Bay Area). I took ownership at 84k miles.
All maintenance done by original owner was through dealership and Palo Alto BMW. I have all the paperwork for the latter and everything I have performed below. The car runs and looks great with no current issues. She replaced the soft top before I purchased the car.
